I reset my computer and now my old sims are no longer in my library

Everything was so slow on my computer I decided to do a factory reset. I made sure to save all my custom sims in my library beforehand. I reset it and just got back on the game, only to find that all...

HalienTheAlien5​  If you only saved the sims to your Library, then they're gone, unfortunately.  The Library content is only stored in Tray inside the Sims 4 user folder.  You would specifically need to upload the sims to the Gallery to have an online copy available.

If you use OneDrive, or at least if you never bothered to disable it, you can look for some content on onedrive.com, either in My Files or the Recycle Bin.  Maybe you'll get lucky.
