That AMD card is pretty old as well so it might just be a matter of your computer not being powerful enough.

Did you try the suggestions ? Can you post your specs ?
@drewster1177 TS4 runs under Windows 10 and the upgrade goes surprisingly well. It should be just a matter of having the right hardware and of course the proper device drivers for the hardware.
