my game will not preload it says preload on Aug 29 at 10 am and it is 12pm on Aug 29

Diffrent user, but I still can not preload my game.
My Sims 4 deluxe edition is also not preloading and has no option to preload it. I was suppose to preload at 1:00 pm it is know 2:00pm😕mileymad:
I am having the same issue..it is a little past 2PM EST and I am still not able to preload
Its about an hour past 1 and i still can't preload.
Try restarting Origin as well as logging out and back in.
It didnt work. This is very unfair I paid to be able to download it early. ☹️
Is your Origin online ?
Is it greyed out still for you ?
I tried to talk to EA help, but they didn't understand what I was asking. My preload date is 8-29-14 1pm it's 2:32pm now. It's still greyed out.
It's possible that they don't let everyone download at the same time. There's tons of people preloading right now. You have the whole weekend and you can't play before Tuesday anyways.
Try logging out and back in and make sure that your Origin shows you as online.
If that fails, give it a few hours, then try again.
