my game will not preload it says preload on Aug 29 at 10 am and it is 12pm on Aug 29

The pre-load starts at 1 PM eastern time.

    My Sims 4 deluxe edition is also not preloading and has no option to preload it. I was suppose to preload at 1:00 pm it is know 2:00pm😕mileymad:

      I am having the same issue..it is a little past 2PM EST and I am still not able to preload

      I had the same problem and had to contact an EA specialists to help me figure out what was wrong.

    Product code saying used, it is a new game right out of the factory seal had troubles with the Origin update now I'm dealing with this. Tried all the things on the forums to get it to work and still nothing. Maybe a new product code will work?
