For some reason, every time I change lots, half of my Sims inventory disappears, like her food and collectibles.

Yeah they need to fix this asap!
I'm having the same issue! For me it's random objects in my household's build. I left the lot only to come back to find the fridge, oven, TV, game console, two lamps and all the ceiling lights were just gone???? All in-game items as well not CC. I've done all my mod testing after updating already and took everything out to test it again and it seems it's yet ANOTHER patch bug 😩
