and try again to download the pack(s) under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. Sometimes it takes a little while for the App to allow the download of new content.
If you still can't install the DLC, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
