I've lost all of the progress in my Sims 4. I've searched for the ''Slot_00000008.save'' but it's gone and nowhere to be found. In the files there is only 0-4, 5-8 is nowhere to be found. What do I do now? If I play again, is there a chance that all of my progress will be gone again?
Did you delete it by accident ? Are you using any cloud services and did you check there as well if you do ?
Its not possible that ive deleted it by accident, because I've never opened the sims 4 file before. And no, I don't use any cloud services.

It happened again, lost all of my progress and households. I'm about to lose my mind. There are like random houses and households in my sims worlds now instead. I'm about to lose my mind. Can this happen because of the small amount of storage I have?

It's low, especially your processor but it doesn't account to the issue you're seeing. Disc space isn't super low.
You do seem to have 5 different save games in your saves folder. Should you currently have more ? Are you seeing all of those in your load menu ? Should you still have 8 slots ?
