Did you delete it by accident ? Are you using any cloud services and did you check there as well if you do ?
Its not possible that ive deleted it by accident, because I've never opened the sims 4 file before. And no, I don't use any cloud services.

Could you post a screenshot of your saves folder ?
It happened again, lost all of my progress and households. I'm about to lose my mind. There are like random houses and households in my sims worlds now instead. I'm about to lose my mind. Can this happen because of the small amount of storage I have?

It's low, especially your processor but it doesn't account to the issue you're seeing. Disc space isn't super low.
You do seem to have 5 different save games in your saves folder. Should you currently have more ? Are you seeing all of those in your load menu ? Should you still have 8 slots ?
- To be honest I don't really get what's meant with 'slots'. I've never checked this so called Sims File, and when I lost everything for the first time it was just untill 4. Now it's untill 5. I don't get what's meant with the numbers, but I did read somewhere that you're supposed to have 8?
