I play on PC, and I've been having issues with my game for a few months now.I'm on the third generation of a family now, so it's quite an old save, in case that's relevant.Everything runs smoothly when my Sims are just at home doing normal everyday things, but the following things make my game lag really badly:- Opening the small business (Businesses & Hobbies)- Taking my Sims to any public lots- More than one Sim in the household is doing an activity such as painting on the easel or cooking, etcI'm guessing it's because of the number of Sims and different activities happening all at once. But this never used to happen at all, and I have a really good gaming PC that can play massive open-world games just fine without any issues, so I don't understand it.I've tried all of the suggested fixes in the attached image (one at a time), and the only one that sort of helped a little bit was enabling Memory Boost, but that hasn't completely cured it. I don't use mods or custom content either.Has anyone else come across anything like this before? Is there any way of fixing it?

KripVille I can often, but not always, tell that something is wrong from a dxdiag. In your case, I can see that the graphics driver is crashing over and over, occasionally causing a BSOD but more often timing out and forcing Windows to end the process. That would explain why Sims 4 isn't running well. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia driver, as described here: https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html Rather than using the very newest driver, try a slightly older one; you can get them here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ You'll want a Game Ready Driver, not a Studio version. Try the one from January 27, since the next one after that was a major update. This one is still more than new enough to be compatible with Sims 4 and almost anything else you'd run on your computer.
