Latest update…

I have the same issue. My game works, but when I go to the gallery it tells me I don't own the Business and Hobbies one so I repaired the game and now the app says I don't own Enchanted by Nature... 

Hopefully EA fixes it soon. Though I’m not holding my breath.

i have been given the run around about it since 4pm yesterday about it. One person basically told me it was my fault for getting frustrated that everything he told me to do did not work ad another guy says someone is working on it but then a third person said that they were JUST now getting reports about it when the forum shows that people had been talking about it since the release

Gotta love EA’s “Wait and see” attitude when there is a problem that should have been solved before they released the game! 

exactly! like now the live chat system has been down since my last support chat last night when they told me to wait an hour before reaching out to see if there is any changes on my account but alas... lol like why give a digital download free upon purchase and then be like "ha! got you!"

For the crashing, please test with your Mods folder removed if there's anything inside other than Resource.cfg.  You don't need to save your progress.

If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, please try a new save, for comparison's sake.  The question is whether the crashing is limited to your main save or is more general.

If the new save crashes with no mods or cc present, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I posted as well, as I contacted the EA team and they suggested as there wasn't much they could do from there... and it's still the same. Probably a bug...
