live chat agent
This will be semi long so I am sorry but i don't know what else to do. Three days ago, I merged two sims 4 accounts via live chat agent . all went well until my packs did not transfer over. I've reached out twice in the last two days and I haven't received an answer. I tried to go back and access live chat and it wont let me. I've followed links to the help live chat page, and it tells me the page or option is unavailable. it will only let me send emails which no one is responding to. I've tried to follow forum instructions to different places to try to get back to the live chat option to be able to locate my packs to no avail. I am at a loss as what else to do or where else to go and I'm irritated trying to look for answers. can someone please help me.
Okay, we'll need the live support team to review your account details and see what's happened with this merge- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account details to investigate into this further, but the live support team can review this previous merge you had and make sure all your content has been moved over.
Try submitting a help request on the site here, but please be sure you stay logged out while submitting your request. You can select EA app as the product, then select Manage My Account-> I want to move my game progress to another account and from there you'll see the current available contact options.
