What do you see exactly when the computer reboots? Does it go to black, or do you get an error or something like that before it reboots?
Does your computer boot directly or does it ask for a safe mode?

Also you can try doing a memtest  because if you have bad sectors in your memory you can face a sudden reboot. If you start something like The Sims 4, the game can fill up the memory to a certain level where the bad sector resides and then you can get really weird issues.

When the computer restarts, the screen simply goes black and my computer shuts down. After a second, it boots back up - just as if I had turned it on my myself. There is no 'your computer is restarting' message or error message beforehand. No unusual notifications appear on the screen when the computer turns back on. Also, I ran the memtest and there were no problems with my computer!

I've been looking online and see a lot of people having issues with random reboots on Windows 10.
