Loading screen and UI sims 4 glitch

Hi, I encountered this today when I launched the game (see the picture attached since it will explain better than me). I haven’t played it since last weekend when there wasn’t any issues. My game is up to date and I don’t use mods or cc, so there aren’t any in my game. I tried to repair it through the ea app option but it stayed the same. Same with logging out and in again.

I am hoping someone can help me to resolve this issue.
