LOST ALL PACKS AFTER UPDATE TODAY

It happened to me after the last update.

When I wanted to load the safe, it showed the whole list of pack icons (means I don't have them). 

I went back to the main menu and all packs I owned had the 'buy' icon, that was a shock.

I quitted the game and restarted the EA app and they were back again.

If that not works, try to repair the EA app.

If that also not works open a case over in the Technical Issues Category
