Lot issues

Hello! Ever since todays update I have had issues with placing my sims on lots or playing on alreadly plotted households. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue? My game was working fine before the update but once it updated I have had an issue ever since. I have restarted my game, computer, mods, cc foliders, and even reinstalled the entire game itself. Everytime I go to place a sim or sims on a lot my game freezes. But every other feature works fine... what do? Please help!
