@NordicGingerSnap  Glad to hear it, and thanks for the update.

@kadetherealest  If Lovestruck is installed, there has to be an EP16 folder somewhere.  So please search your computer: open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP16 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  When the search is finished, expand the window sideways until the entire location shows for each result, then use Windows key-shift-S to take a screenshot and post it here.

The point is, it has to be there if the EA App thinks the pack is installed at all.  But it may be installed into the wrong location, which is why I'd like to know where all the results are.  You can of course try deleting the EP16 folder that's directly inside "The Sims 4" and reinstalling the pack, but if that doesn't help, please run the search again and post the result.

Are you on Mac or PC? I’m on Mac and I’m having the same problem 😖

  • @puzzlezaddict I installed it in the app, and it says that I have it-- it's not greyed out or anything. It says I have it in the app too. At first I thought it was one of my mods, but it doesn't appear even with all of them taken out of the mods folder either, so it's definitely a game issue of some sort

@NordicGingerSnap  Please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and let me know the status of your order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.

If the pack is Completed, try deleting and reinstalling it.  The default install location is this for an EA App install:

    C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4

Delete the EP16 folder (with the EA App closed), restart your computer, and download it again.
