Memory Boost is an early access, opt-in feature for The Sims 4? I do not see this option at all in other why?

It dose not show up in my game options in other where is this? In\photo dose not show in my game why?????

    Hey there EndlessSims3​ 

    Memory Boost should now be available in your Game Options under the Other category. Please restart your game, and let me know if you're still not seeing it available there.
