menu

hi! recently my bottom menu and manage world button won't show up. I'll start it and it'll be fine, then I click on a household and go to build mode, and when I exit, my menu and world button are gone, and the game is essentially frozen; I reset it about 5 times yesterday in order for it to work, but I'd rather not do that every time i play. Could anyone help? Please and thank you!
