Mini pc crashes and restarts when playing game

I have had my mini pc, a Beelink SER5 Pro Mini Pc, for about 2,5 years and I was always able to play the game with DLC and CC perfectly up until about a month and a half ago when this issue started. ...

silverberry23​  Sorry for the late-ish reply.  I wanted to get a second opinion on this before replying again, in case I was missing something obvious.

Does your computer have one or two RAM modules?  If two, please remove one and test with only the other, and if that doesn't help, put the first one back and remove the second.
