Hey all, I got the sims 4 CD as a gift for Christmas. The box had not been opened yet it was missing the activation key. Without one I am unsure how to get the game started. I have been trying to get through to the EA help but I can't seem to get through to them at all. Any help would be much appreciated.
@caitlin2312 As you got the physical version (dvd) I assume the item was purchased from a third party vendor. When issues arise with a third party purchase the first place to go is where the game was purchased. The vendor is responsible to deliver a complete product. What I am hearing is the games are opened in store and the code is stolen. I have been buying purchases like this on a bank card so if issues like these arise you have some leverage.
