Ok so my game does work without my saves in it but as soon as I put them back in it stopped working again. It wont let me load the last exception file but this is what it exactly says

If loading your main household still doesn't work, try loading a different household and let me know if any of them let you play.
If that doesn't help, have you been using mods that can't be removed without corrupting a save? There's one (very adult-themed) mod that I know of that will make saves unplayable without it, but others may have the same effect under certain conditions.
If you're not sure, that's fine, you can list the ones you have, other than any adult-themed mods. (Just list the creator and I'll know.). But please don't link any of them.
The same thing is happening to me. I just talked to EA HELP and they are saying that a lot of other people are having this issue. They say that they will try to find a way to fix it.👍
@BerberandImmy Do you get an error code when you try to load the save? Can you load other saves? If you use mods and/or custom content, please test without it.
- @puzzlezaddict I play many households in the same save. So it's only that whole save package that doesn't work. Very old past household saves do work even with my mods. But I haven't played them in so long and have all my time invested in the save that I only use. For mods that I use I use all of Lil ms Sam, sim realist, kawaii Stacie but I took those out cuz I read their not updated, scumbumbo, polar bear sims, and various hair and clothes mods. But like I said I loads my previous saves from old households. Do u think it's just another update that they need to fid

1. When I load my saved game it immediately crashes. I am not getting an error code.
2. I have not tried loading another saved game yet. I will try it and let you know.
3. I have tried testing it without mods or cc. But still it does not work.- @puzzlezaddict Also, I have just started playing the Sims 4 about a month ago. So I don't have any super old households, like nicoleflower888.
- @puzzlezaddict Thanks for the suggestion. I loaded another household and it worked just fine. Do you have any recommendations for me to be able to play with the problem household?🤔
@nicoleflower888 Did you try loading a backup save? I don't mean playing a different save, I mean renaming the file from the second to last time you saved (or from the couple times before that) so that the game can read it. Please try the manual method described here:

It's possible though that you'll need to put at least some of your mods back in, that missing data from one of them is the reason this save won't load. You can copy your main save file and experiment on it in a clean Sims 4 folder, adding back in your mods a few at a time to see whether the save will load.
Even if this doesn't work, don't delete the save. There are some sporadic reports of people's saves being unplayable after the newest patch, and while we don't know why it's happening, it's possible this will be fixed in a future patch, or someone will figure out the problem and provide a workaround.
@BerberandImmy When you say you played another household, is that in the same save, or in a different one? If you haven't already, please try loading a different household within the same save. If it works, play that household for a few sim-hours, use "save as" to rename the save, quit, reload, and try to play your previously active household again.
If that doesn't work, try manually recovering a backup as described above. If that doesn't work either, the same applies to you too: don't delete your save, even if it's currently unplayable, because there might be a way to fix it.
I'm sorry I can't give a more definitive answer, but these crashes are still not well understood, and we really don't have a reliable way to get past them yet.

2. There will 8 options under "CONTENT" at the top of the page. Click "How do I restore a backup ?"
3. Follow the instructions.
