@ktks3779 Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Doccuments\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get into live mode without a crash.
If not, please try again (with another clean folder), except this time take your computer offline first. You can sign into Origin and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If that doesn't work etiher, try playing in a new admin Windows account; the username should contain only letters and numbers, no special symbols. Make it a local account, as in don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use. Just test the game and let me know how it goes.

@ktks3779 Did the game crash even in the new Windows account?

@ktks3779 Please look for an error from the newest crash, the one in the new user account, in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes. You'll see a list of errors and updates, with a column for each day. (Today is all the way on the right.)
For any errors that happened at the same time as the game crashed, click "View technical details," then copy the information and paste it into a reply here. The timestamp on the initial chart can be off by up to an hour, so that's not an entirely reliable metric, but the one within the technical details should be accurate.
