@freedom670  Does this happen outside of Sims 4 or only in-game?  Does it help to switch from fullscreen to windowed mode, or vice versa?

Please also disable any apps you use that come with overlays: Steam, Discord, etc.  Disable the EA App in-game overlay as well; the option is under Settings > Application.
