My game closes down in build mode

I am having the exact same problem. When I'm in Build Mode the game will crash after some time. I have added -dx11 to the launch line, installed the latest graphic drivers, completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 (both x64 and x86), moved the game to a different hard drive, etc. I removed all mods, cleared the cache, and loaded into a neighborhood and waited in Build Mode on a lot, and it still crashes after sitting in Build for several minutes. It has rendered the game unplayable. I am not getting any Exception logs, just the crash log. I ran dxdiag after the lastest crash and am attaching it.
