my game is greyed out and is telling me to delete the EA app version
I had the sims EA play edition via Xbox game pass now that my game pass ran out my game is greyed out on the EA app and Its telling me "an incompatible version of this game is installed on your device. Uninstall the EA app version to launch" but I cant figure out how to delete the game from the EA app
@21getrekt2009 Do you see the option to uninstall under Manage? If not, can you uninstall Sims 4 through the Windows Control Panel? If that's not an option either, you can try using Revo Uninstaller, as described here:
You'll need to reinstall through Steam, since that's apparently the only version of the base game you currently own.
