I went on my EA app on Windows 10. I checked the app and I only have one pack which is get to work my most recently bought. What happened to my other packs!!!?? I’m missing my city living, cats and dogs, dine out, and Vampires it’s asking me to pay for them again?? I need help
You can try signing out of EA App, and then from the Help menu in EA App choose Restart App. This might refresh your library when you log back in.
Other than that, do you have multiple EA accounts? If you do, then maybe you logged into the wrong one and accidentally bought Get to Work on the wrong account? Either way, I'd go to EA Help and then try and chat with an agent there to help sort out missing packs. I recently had to do the same when one of my games went missing from my library, and they were quite helpful in restoring it within a few minutes when I showed them my proof of purchase.
I have one account that I used currently, I’m not sure where to find the receipts of where I bought it I have already checked my emails and it doesn’t pop up is there any other way of verification ??
