my packs i bought on steam doenst go on ea...
i have 4 packs ( cats and dogs , discover university , holiday celebration pack , perfect patio) i bought on steam they always worked while i played thrue ea but now the packs said they are download thrue steam but on ea they dont show up when i play...
what can i do?
ineh1990 I'm not sure why the packs worked in your EA App install before. They're not supposed to. The way the EA-Steam tie-in is designed, you need to install the game through Steam to access any content you own in Steam. The content you own in the EA App can be used with a Steam install.
So what you need to do now is uninstall Sims 4 through the EA App and reinstall through Steam. Download the packs you own there, then open the EA App and install the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game. Everything should work together as if you'd installed it all through Steam.
