my sim won't age up and friends are disappearing!

At first I thought the friends died so they disappeared. But I noticed that any sims can disappear at any time for no reason.

I have this household with 2 parents and 3 children, and yesterday when I played that household--only the mum was there, the others disappeared!! 

btw do you know how to add the rotate buttons?? I changed the settings but still can't rotate the house...

surely this is a glitch then!??

It's a total waste of time creating friendships especially for career progression, if they only disappear!

Not sure how to rotate the house, i've never tried!

Disappering SIms is a bug and EA is working on this

yes i have ageing on for everyone ... occasionally it will go down by one day, and i think it's fixed ... but then the next day it's back.  It's sitting on 10 days mostly.

Are you using mods or custom content ?

I have no idea what that is or how that has anything to do with this ... it has been OVER a month now with NO SOLUTION!!!  I'm not impressed...

Did you also try turning aging off and back on ?

Also could you try a new game for testing purposes to see if you get the same glitch

I don't even know what that means... Why has it taken over a MONTH to fix this!?  I'm getting really annoyed with not being able to play this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you not understand ? It's a bit hard to help you this way, tbh.

You have an option to turn aging on and off in your game options. Is that turned on for you ? Did you turn it of and back off ?

You say you're on your third Sim. Did you start a new save game every time or just add new Sims to your existing game ?
