My sims 4 game isnt launching

Hello , I too seem to have a lot of the issues playing the Sims 4 with the Horse expansion and a few kits I think is all I have in the EA app I have repaired the game and had to reinstall the app and the game so many times now, I keep reinstalling it because I have been a fan since the original came out in the 90s so please can I get some help because even after it keeps crashing and i reinstall it all over again it seems to keep the files or something somewhere cause it says now when I try to download it that there is not enough space on the PC.... so please any help would be great. Apps says that the Sims 4 game is already in use, but the Sims 3 will load just fine.
