My Sims 4 game wont update it just says queued constantly

I dont know why this is happening but my game will not update it just says queued all the time. 

I have tried all the things people have said to do and nothing has worked!

Please help me!!!

    Could you try logging out of Origin, closing it fully, then open it as administrator (right click), and log in with your e-mailadress and password?
