My Sims 4 Legacy Edition game wont open through origin or the desktop

I click on play through origin and it literally takes me back to Origin as if i never clicked play. When i click on the desktop it does nothing. My sims 4 icon is just a white flag. I tried renaming ...

@queenrose68  That means exactly what it says: you need to run the Administrator version of Command Prompt or PowerShell.  When you press Windows key-X, you should see an option that specifically has the word (Administrator) in it.  Choose that one.

@puzzlezaddict also when I attempt to clear Origin cache, the "CustonBoxartCache" folder and the "ServiceLogs" folder won't delete it says i must log in as administrator but my account is an administrator account so i am very much confused. heres a screenshot of it saying my account is an administrator.
