my sims 4 live mode screen keeps glitching out

so i don't really know how to describe it, but i have a screenshot. i've tried repairing sims4, restarting the EA app, recovering old saves, even making new saves, restarting my computer, and ch...

that looks like an issue with your graphics drivers. Moving this to the tech forum

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

  • Press Windows-Key + R
  • Type: DxDiag
  • Click on Save all Information.
  • Attach the Text File to your post

      crinrict​  asked me to find the correct driver for you. 

      1. Go here. (Dell website for your Laptop.)
      2. Under "Find Specific driver" click on "Select Driver".
      3. On the next page make sure that Windows 11 is selected as OS.
      4. Under "Category" use the drop down menu to find "Video" and select it. 
      5. The graphic driver you need will be display, download and install it.
