crinrict asked me to find the correct driver for your PC as well.
- Go here. (Dell website for your PC.)
- Under "Find Specific driver" click on "Select Driver".
- On the next page make sure that Windows 11 is selected as OS.
- Under "Category" use the drop down menu to find "Video" and select it.
- The graphic driver you need will be display, download the Intel driver and install it.
According to the Dell webpage, there may be an NVIDIA GPU installed in your PC, but the DxDiag is not listing this device.
This could be due to hardware failure or simply because there is no NVIDIA GPU in your PC's configuration.
Do you know if you have a dedicated GPU in this machine?
