MY SIMS GAME IS "NOT DOWNLOADED" BUT I KNOW IT IS
I cant launch my sims game it only says I can download it but when I click download it does NOTHING please help

If this doesn't help, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and where the game is currently installed.
- @puzzlezaddict Hey I tried clearing the cache and it works but čas is not working aka not loading just stuck to a white screen
It's a Windows laptop and the game is rn installed on one drive (EA game hangers) @lanavucinic2023 CAS not loading properly is mostly caused by broken mods, especially right now. So please move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package, then test again. You don't need to save your progress.

If CAS still doesn't work, please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, again as a test. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get through CAS and into live mode for a bit.
