Do you mostly play your Sims at home or do they mingle ? Mine get mostly sick when I play them in my store.
Also are you using mods or cc in your game
I can confirm this when a sim mostly play at home they rarely,very rarely get sick .. but ,when they are out to night clubs and parting a'lot with other sims,they do get sick even with sickness resistance rewards trait.. right now my sim is fighting some kind of red dots all over her face! even tho she has the sickness resistance trait.
