so i have been having a problem were none of my sims seem to be able to care for the toddler in my household.i try to tuck them in,feed them,clean them,anything and the parent just stands there maby talked to the toddler but thats the most they do.i have had my 2 toddlers taken away MULTIPLE times because of this.i just want to know why this is happening and how i fix this so my kid stop dieing

Toddlers can be tricky to manage. Often times multiple Sims in the household want to interact with them at the same time.
Assuming there is not interference with mods/cc here is something I have done in my game.
When I need someone to interact with the toddler I will pause and assign tasks to other controllable Sims in the household.
Have them read books, take a shower or go jogging etc.
That should help get the task done to care for the toddler.
If you do have any kind of mod or cc in your game try removing (not disabling) them and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Test the game to see if the issues are still there.
Testing on a vanilla (no mods/cc) folder is the best way to investigate causes of issues.
