eliluluf1453 Have you added any mods or custom content to the game yet? If so, please remove your Mods folder and test again.
If that doesn't help, or you haven't added any mods or cc, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
hi, well it didnt worked but if i will try to download it from the official website of sims 4, one of the chocies "epic games" could it work? at first i downloaded it from "ea app for windows", maybe i should change the source?
