Never Ending Loading Screen, Crashes, and Lag

I tried again in the Command Administrator but am still getting the same message. Here is the CB log.
Unfortunately there is no CBS log attached to your post.
Please rename the "CBS.log" to "CBS.log.txt" (Without the quotes) and try again.
Is this the correct path to the CBS log?

I appreciate your responses. Yes, that is the correct path to the CBS log. It allows me to attach the log in my reply but once I post, it is removed. I tried renaming the file to CBS.log.txt and still no luck. I also tried compressing to a zip folder, hoping that would work in case the CBS log was too large to post in this forum. Unfortunately, that also did not work.
