New Computer - Expansion Pack won't load into game

Hey everyone  so I recently got a new computer and downloaded everything onto this new computer. Both are PC's and I am logged into my account etc. It is specifically the Get Famous pack and it says...

@bowserpx106 same, no get famous cas, or del sol valley. Says it's installed in origin, in game when filtering cas says I don't have that content.
