@MariaSor In your price range, a laptop with an Nvidia 1650 would be the best option in terms of performance, that is if you can find one. The 1650 can run all current Sims 4 packs on ultra graphics settings with some room to spare. In Western Europe at least, the cheapest laptops with this card start around 650€ plus or minus some inventory fluctuation and the occasional sale, and now that the newer Nvidia 3050 is becoming available, models with a 1650 should be a bit cheaper where they're still in stock. An AMD 5500M would also be a good choice, but laptops with that card are hard to find.
If you can't find a laptop with a 1650 in your price range, look for an MX450 or possibly an MX350. They're not as fast as the 1650 but still perform better than integrated graphics chips.
The other specs of the laptop matter too, but any processor paired with one of the above cards would be more than fine, and these laptops should all come with at leats 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. It would be nice to have a 512 GB drive instead, but that's not strictly necessary.
