No files downloaded?
hello 🙂 i have just downloaded sims 4 onto my pc however not a single file has been downloaded on to my documents (apart from "OriginThinSetup"). when i attempt to load up the game System Error TS4_...

thank you for your help. i have done as you said and redownloaded the files although the same error is coming up when i try to play. i mentioned previously that i had no files at all regarding sims 4, is this an issue as well?
@caterpillar145 The Sims 4 files in Documents are created the first time the game loads. So no, it's not a problem that they don't exist yet, it's just a symptom of the underlying inability to run the game.
Please try running Origin as an admin: right-click on the Origin shortcut and select "Run as administrator." Then with Origin open, do the same for TS4_x64.exe or its shortcut, rather than pressing play through Origin.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
