No Gallery or Reaper Rewards access

Hi,

I currently can't access the Gallery or the reapers reward event.

For the gallery I press connect and it just loads forever. The EA app says I'm online.

I have tried so many different forum answers. I had CC and mods but I've uninstalled them. I've cleared the cache. I've repaired the game. I've checked the firewall allowances. I've done the online button (on and off) in the game options. I've started new saves. Deleted the account data file and the local cache file. I am above the age restrictions and I have been able to access the gallery before.

For reapers rewards there is no pop up or events tab on the main menu.

Any ideas? Thanks

    @BetsyBoo123456  Have you tried a different network?  If your computer has wifi, you can set your phone as a mobile hotspot (using data, not your home wifi) and connect to that.  Even if your data allowance is low, it should be simple enough to check whether you have a connection.

    For reference, Online Social Features Access needs to be enabled for both the Gallery and the Reaper event to work.

    @BetsyBoo123456 have you found a solution? im so tired of not being able to do the rewards or get through to the gallery. I have the exact same problem as you (and have also tried all the steps) im so irritated i could cry.
