Have you tried a clean boot ?

If it works in that mode, then it's a background program interfering and you will need to find out which one.

@crinrict Tried the clean boot and it made no difference still cant use Ctrl shift c

  Tried that and it didn't work. I have tried the repair I have uninstalled competently and reinstalled it and that didn't work
