KaylaEstella Please double-check the location the EA App says your game is installed, and list it here. That's the location under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties. You said it listed Program Files\EA App, which is not the same as Program Files\EA Games. Maybe that's a typo, but if not, you weren't looking in the correct location the first time.
EA_Claus Not all mods go in the Mods folder. The OP is trying to install a lighting mod, and these typically go into the game's program files.
@puzzleaddict I'm sorry. I did make a typo, I meant to type Program Files\EA Games. When I go to the folder that the EA App says that is where my games are, it only shows The Sims 2 Legacy folder, shown in the first photo. The EA Games or Electronic Arts folder does not even show up in the Program Files of my C drive. My D drive has an Electronic Arts folder that is empty but no EA Games folder. The only The Sims folder I see is the one that has my saves, tray files, and mods.
