No sound Sims 4 PC

I have no sound in The Sims 4. I have no mods installed, all of my drivers are up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have run the fix files option through origin. This issue only...

    @pixelschubse I finally got it to work. Right click on the Speaker icon on the task bar and select spacial sound and turn that on. (for me it said spacial sound - windows sonic for headphones) I hope this helps.

I have the sound problem after one of the latest Updates. No solution has worked for me. Still no sound. Is this a known Ticket for the EA Support?

    If you don't mind my asking could you go into a more detail description? Where would I find the task bar and speaker option?

    @Hologram3  The taskbar is along the bottom of the screen, at least in the default Windows layout, and the speaker icon should be close to the right edge.
