October Update Issue
Since the October 2024 update, every time a sim leaves the home lot my game freezes.

It happens to my game no matter where I go in other lots. It looks like the game is loading and it never stops with the spinning diamond thing. If I try to quit and restart the game, the entire save file becomes corrupted and I can't use it at all. This happens with each new save file too.
@kensalzalem Please test the game with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
