Ordering food in sims 4 but food is never actually delivered

Hi!  I just purchased Cottage Living a few weeks ago, and tried to order food a few times from Zoomers Food Delivery. Each time that I order food though, it never actually gets delivered. A mess...

I get this too! The ordered finally got delivered the next day, was left on the porch even though everyone was home. I ordered through the phone.

I don't have private dwelling selected and I play on PS4 - All packs

      @LokisMinx Do you remember what time you ordered ? Did you queue something afterwards ?

        @crinrictI ordered 4 meals in the evening. I did have her sit to wait for at least 5 mins but they didn't arrive till the next day.
