[Outdated] Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter Kits download/install issues

This thread was written a year ago and has been superceded by current, more relevant threads.  For anyone reading this thread, please use this master thread for DLC that was purchased through the EA ...

@puzzlezaddict thanks so much for this. EA tech support basically told me that it was a known issue and to sit tight.

    @shesprad  Did the suggestions in the first post on page one help you?  If not, let me know whether you have the Sims 4 Demo installed as well.
