Packs missing from ea and steam
I got a new pc and I downloaded steam and ea back as normal with all my packs. The packs aren’t working together on either app. I have repaired both ea and steam and still nothing.

MorganD2369med Did you also install the base game through the EA App? If so, that's likely the issue: the App would probably have installed the packs you own there into the App install, rather than the Steam install. So when you launched the game from Steam, you'd only see your Steam-owned packs, not those you own in the EA App, and vice versa.
Point is, please uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4 and reinstall only the packs you own there, not a second copy of the base game.
If this isn't the issue, please let me know whether the EA App lists your packs as owned under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and if so, whether they're also listed as installed there.
