I know you probably got tired of me and my case, but please try to understand i need my DLC and possibility to play game with all DLC. That is why i got another proof that the purchased DLC was available, installed and playable.
Today I found my old laptop, where I have been playing Sims 4 since 2016. The Sims 4 was not uninstalled on this old laptop. And all DLC also remained. I installed the EA app and logged into my account - you can see it on the screenshot. In the EA app launcher, these DLC (sims4 Let's have fun together! sims4 Get to work! sims4 Go camping!) are displayed as not purchased, but in the game they are there! The screenshot shows my EA ID and DLC are available. But this laptop is already old and there is no way to use it because it is very slow. I'm now using a more modern laptop, but my DLC is not available here. Please return access to the DLC.
