claudiasimmons Please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Hi, I have the same problem. I believe it first appeared at the beginning of October, but turning laptop off and on helped. Problem came back after the recent update and this time off-on method doesn't work. I also tried repairing the game via EA app and taking out script mods from the folder. Nothing helps.
